Renaissance Chancery Court Hotel, 252 High Holborn was in the vain of the traditional refurbishment we are used to. Once again, a Grade II listed façade requiring careful restoration to return it to its former glory. This involved the full refurbishment scope with redecoration to the façade fenestration and the existing secondary glazing. Redecoration and single glazing was undertaken to 300 steel windows and replacement of 100 windows in W20 section to match the existing.
