Another landmark listed building undergoing full refurbishment for an office redevelopment for Garbe (UK) Ltd. This work included the highest specification available to 550 windows, including removal of all paint, redecoration, reglazing with double glazed units, draught excluding, top capping and polishing and lacquering of the ornamental brass fittings. It also included refurbishment of 2 internal fire escape stairs and the external refurbishment of the cast iron panels on the façade.
